In order to burn the Ridatas on the Optorite..ya got to downgrade to the 150 firmware from the shipped 160e firmware..which I ain't doing! LOL
I'm using DVDshrink/nero which just shows burning @4x..might be starting @4x then climbing to 6x then 8x etc. I'll see if I can check the burn log. I'm going to pickup some 8x this week..the Maxells burn great and are one color shade after the burn..prolly 4x
One of the lower speed Optorites had a free firmware upgrade to 8x..be nice if they did a freebee to 12x
