is an Asus, move the jumpers on the board to set it to jumpermode. Otherwise it will set the FSB to 100Mhz each time you switch it off during boot (asus calls that save mode or OC protection).

I had a 1.4 TBird running in 70s for more than a year. Now my brother runs it. Downed the V to 1.65 to save some 10°C.
