Lithium Ion batteries are indeed rechargable; I've never heard of anyone recharging Lithium watch battery cells, but I suppose they might take a trickle-charge the same way alkalines do. Your biggest problem will be the very high energy density, if your charge rate isn't extremely slow the cell will heat up like a light bulb...
