Yes Intake (blow air in the Case) as it cools the cards and the ATI will want that.
You can check the Temps in the BIOS and there are some Proggies that are out there that will let you do it while in the System...Motherboard Monitor comes to mind but it will no longer be progressed/supported but will work...Intel may have a proggie with the MoBo as well
