GeForce FX5900 vs 9600XT! Info please! I'm purchasing soon.

I need help between two decisions that I am stuck on, the GeForce FX 5900 which has 128 megs of ram and 256 bit architecture compared to the 128 bit of the Radeon 9600. But I found a 9600 XT with 256 megs of ram. And I know the core clock speeds of the 9600 XT are higher then the 5900 and that it only has 4 pipes compared to the 5900. But it has 256 megs of ram in it and its fast.. so I think that maybe it will have longer longevity/performance due to the higher speeds and more ram? please give me some feedback please.. i need it. thanks. also the two products i am looking at i will put the URL right here below.. thank you all a lot!!!
