The Mobo should have come with a Disk but I would go to NVidias site and download the latest NForce Drivers and the USB 2.0 Drivers can not be installed till after you put SP1 in it....also do update the AMD driver although not needed it has something to do with the AGP slot.
Make sure that any irus program is off when installing.
