My new XP HE just over a month old & installed the first time would not shut down. Gave me the safe to shut down message. The info had to be looked up at @ MS. Since then I did an MS update, I loaded everything. In XP before & now I have to select which HD to boot from even thou the two OS never see each other anymore, on a switch. Also since update I have to select me even thou I am the only one that uses the computor. I saved win 98 FE as I have alot of stuff loaded in there.
