Cancel all the previous;
I've just installed the XP2200 without problems, but it's very early days yet. The CPU is multiplier locked (13.5x), translating to 1.8GHz on a 133 FSB. Going to manual and raising the FSB to 148 returns 2.01GHz in SiSoft Sandra, but also produces an unhealthy 50°C in the BIOS.

So, at weekend I'll be installing the Zalman CNPS7000A flower cooler that currently resides on my desk. It's just a pity that I have to remove the Mobo to install it!

There is a question I need to ask though, and this goes to anybody looking in;
What approach should I take with AMD's CPU speeds? For example, if SiSoft reports 2.01GHz, have I actually overclocked this chip? or should SiSoft be reporting 2.2GHz before I can say I've actually achieved the chip's normal running speed?

I don't blame AMD for this "equivalent speed" marketing ploy garbage but for idiots like me it just clouds the issue!
