Take a look at AnandTech's 5600 review and you'll find that the Ti4200 and 5600FX run about even with each other across the range of game benchmarks used there.

However the 5600FX does have full DirectX9 support while the Ti4200 "only" supports DirectX8.1, so if you must keep just one card...
