The MSI app is getting the temperture from the motherboard monitor. So the temperture in the bios is the temperture that the software is reporting. IF the processor is overcloked the CPU Front side bus is Overclocked. It should be 133. IF it isnt then change so it is. The other thing you want to check is the voltage of the chip in the bios. IF that is jacked up to high your heat readings are going to go up. I'm not sure what the voltage is of you chip off my head... IM an AMD guy. Only other thing to check is to make sure the heatsink is snapped into the plastic cage firmly. Otherwise the heatsink wont be making good contact with the chip... Which is a problem.
