Sigh, I am now guessing that registered memory implies that it will be ECC?
They (The book) only said it required registered memory not ECC.
The Tyan site has it listed like this (reg./ECC) for the approved memory. I interpreted it as either, or.
So now it looks like I will have two extra power supplies and two extra 512BM DIMMs.
