they pretty much have it down to nodes in my area, inline boosters. may vary by area, this is a fairly new setup, only running for the last four or five months.

that said, if you are on an old line, or one that has a lot of customers that aren't parsed out to lighten the load, then slowdowns will occur.

Compared to Pacbell DSL, the ATT Broadband I have now is the t.ts.
