I've had so many problems with OEM chips lately, and had to replace 2-3 of them so far. Well some OEM have very limited warranty, it takes forever to exchange, and AMD will only replace one of them ever per customer directly. Retail ones have a great warranty, and AMD replaces them in less than a week. As for overclocking, I'm starting to really refrain from overclocking any AMD Tbirds, as it causes more trouble than it's worth! I hope AMD get its act together very soon with the overheating problem, or I see them loosing more than just a few customers. I myself have switched my gaming rig over to a P4 1.6 OC'd to 2.0Ghz, and so far have had better luck with stability in general. I really hate having my dual AMD shelved right now, but I needed a computer that would stay running for more than a day or less, on average, at a time.
