I would almost trade places with you (mixed abit of concrete in my days) as I am doing some drywalling @ home (I am not very good @ it, so its frustrating & dusty) but your job sounds like much more hard work :>)
Concrete gets harder if curded underwater, this trick is used to build water treatment plants. I know its hard as I helped air hammer some of this concrete when I was young around 22 years old, the plant was modified to handle a much larger flow.
