In most BIOS there is an option under either the "Main" heading of the "Chipset features" setting which allows you to set the dram speed.

The three settings are usually:

Host
Host + PCI
Host - PCI

Of thos you want Host - PCI Host being the FSB (133) and PCI (33) which as you can see equals 100.
