i kinda agree as the PIII 700's were generally the t.ts for the 933 with a simple bus speed change, had a couple myself.

wippin fast it isn't, so working 'not real good' needs a better definition as Ludi pointed out.

sumtimes the owner can be at fault too, i have been there myself more than once over the years.

just a thought.
