Central CA. Nothing ripe yet. My Almonds (amonds when their on the ground-gotta knock the L out of them to get them off the tree) have a few months more. Nothing worse smelling than a green Pistachio too. Most of our work is to keep the almond and Pistachio hullers up and running during harvest(24hr call). Just did some work for a gift basket company (the kind that makes all those pretty nut gift baskets at Target, Walmart etc..) they are producing for X-mas now. I'll see if I can get a few bags of those.
