Anyone use Suns?

I just got a Sun Blade 100 and it won't boot up. Goes through what looks like boot up then goes to a black screen.

I tried booting off a SuSE 7.3 Sparc64 CD and a Solaris 8 for Sparc CD but the machine won't boot off the CD-ROM drive.

How do I get it to boot off the CD-ROM? And is it possible to dual boot these 2 OS's on this box?
