Used to build Model aircraft for competitions, but got tired of spending fifty bucks on the kit and $150.00 on brass etchings and decals, hundreds of hours of construction and scratchbuilt goodies, then go to airbrush to thing only to have a mistake like your's happen. Really hard to sand off and start again.
Most of the time no one would see it, but I did. And that wasn't good enough for it to stay like it was.
Got to be stressful, the opposite of what I was trying to accomplish. Competitions do that.
