Daughter's "Barbie's Pet Rescue" sound terrible - everything stutters sort of on my box at home. USED to play fine. Some blasted driver, maybe DX8.1, I dunno, nothing I did helps.
So I went ahead and put XP into the unpartitioned space I left for it.
Went well, worked fine. 98 still fine as well, as usual.
Get up this morning to try install the game. Power on - Beeeee_eeeep. No post, no nothing else. Reset. Beeeee_eeeeeep. Feel load prepping for pants. Reset. Beeeee_eeeeeep. Deep gurgling now.
Killed all power again. Power on - beep, post, all works normal!
Great, something ELSE to worry about!
