nVidia's GF4 just appeared, so we probably won't see them start up the hype machine anytime soon. Trident just announced its new low power chip for laptops which has some impressive clock speeds and bandwidth. We've heard nothing from 3DLabs as of recently so I'd say 3DLabs is the number one choice, with Trident and nVidia taking second and third, respectively.
