I dont see how VW can make the first 1 liter claim,,
in 1992 I had a GEO METRO hatchback, it had a 3 cylinder 1 liter engine that could do over 50mpg on the hiway considering drive habbit,,,,,
what impressed me most about the car was it's gitty up and lots of room,, I'm 6-3 and my wife is 5-10, and I could haul a lot of combat planes to contests plus support equipment,,
