Hehe, wrong definition. "Rice rocket" doesn't refer to ANY small car, just the ones that have been modded with turbos, short-shifters, and the like. The idea is to get performance and fun out of a small car that doesn't break the bank (which a modern Mustang or Camaro can easily do), and doesn't drink like a sailor on leave.

Speaking from the front seat of Corolla GTS (stock, no mods...I don't have the money), it is just as irritating to have a view-blocking truck in the way as it is to be in a truck and have a slow car in front Regardless, I can tell you this much, in a flat out contest my car will easily be beaten off the line by nearly anything else in its class, or larger -- but in general driving, it has yet to ever block anyone's path
