Speaking as someone who runs an ELECTRIC BICYCLE - I think this would be a great improvement on my current eco solution.

My UK house is terraced and I cant get an electric car to recharge without causing a hazard on the pavement.

Shame on those who use vehicles as ornamentation and instruments of power and ostentation.
