Plaster of paris is also possibility, you can make a model of the HS in wax and then pour PoP around it, drill holes and pour silver ie the lost wax method, then you crack open the mold

alternatively you could attempt to fuse the silver as base with copper plate fins set into the clay or PoP, since I believe the cooling depends on gradient from HS to heat source so Ag base would be most useful and Cu fins would be OK and easier to make
