Saw several posts on the TSR forum about it and went to Blueprints Website and read Bill Simser's article. Hey it was worth a shot and boy what a difference that makes. You don't move the far files that Maxis has you make far files for your user objects.( iff files only) I used Fared from Blue print to do it.
