IS now running quite nicely on the whole. Know what I had to do to get it running? Take all my user object files and put them in .far files with a Far Editor. After that is loads now in 16 minutes instead of 45 (Hey I have 1.2 gig of objects, whew putting them into .far files was a huge job) and it no longer is stalling or jerky or
a 2 minute wait to rotate things. Just one minor glitch and I'm 99% sure it's a Maxis skin causing the Hard lock. Only on level 3 Downtown area the other Downtowns work fine on other levels, but they aren't loading "Umberto Townie" who has an icon now that is a "Bush" instead of a face. That's a Maxis problem. Not mine.


Ah what we do to get a stupid game running right, huh?
