I have a 400mhz machine running windows98 pretty basic set-up my problem is when you click shutdown it goes through all the steps of shuting down but when the screen comes up that says it is ok to turn the power off the thing starts to boot back up. it is a random thing 8 out of 10 times it will NOT shut down but sometimes it does.
I have re-formated a couple of times and re-installed everything, I have reset all the bios settings, checked cables, ran Norton anti-virus but no luck
would anyone have any other ideas?
