It is installed and linked to dialup networking.
I did notice that Win32 services gets blocked by zone alarm from time to time as it tries to access the internet. I have tried so many little things I'm ready to try animal sacrificial experimentation. Maybe I'll gut Zone Alarm and re-install and let what-ever asks to go out on the web server rights.
