My old ABIT BX6 (3yrs old!) supports voltages as low as 1.3V (or 1.35, I can't remember). The problem is that even with the right voltages, the cpu won't work because the pins have a slightly different layout. Maybe you can find an adapter, but I don't know if they are made.
