only 3 computers max (including the main) but now I have a router & with my 16 port hub I can have all 10 computers on the internet @ once if I wanted too but no bandwidth @ all. The only bummer is I may have lost my email till I fix it back up. Email account # has nothing to do with the # of computers as I can have 7 email accounts, my comcast.net only allows one computer per line unless you pay the extra amount.

My comcast cable hooks to the modem box & the network cable runs to my router which in turns the router runs to my HUB & all the computer are plugged into the HUB.
