Any Electronics store worth its salt should have it. I bought some to use on the voltage regulators on my old mobo, and it works like a charm. Another thing she can do is heat two reasonably thick needles (one at a time), and insert them at the spot where the clip broke for a reasonable distance while making sure they don't go far enough to touch any of the CPU pins. Then cut them to a size (longer than the old clip)that would enable the HS to stay on without slipping when mounted. It should work.
