Can't seem to find it either. I know I've seen it somewhere. Although, this probably will keep websites from programming that crap. Don't forget to change your proxy in Internet Explorer, or it's not really doing anything.
Also, click on one of the first two buttons under Edit Filters heading (Web Page or Headers). Once that open click on the question mark in the upper right corner, and click on the area with all the checkboxes. A helpful litte page will come up explaining what each check box does. Perhaps you can find it in there.
