Ok, it's a switch setting of some kind

Both computers can access the router, and both computers can access the net. Only this computer can ping the other computer. The other computer cannot ping this one. The other computer can ping toe router just fine. The data just can't find its way out of the router and to this computer. Any thoughts? Both computers are using linksys 10/100 cards and it's a linksys switch/router.
