The FSB uses a 100MHz bus QDR, and the RDRAM uses a 200MHz DDR clock. That way they're matched (each is 400MHz effective).

The brand new i850E chipset offers a 133MHz QDR FSB, but strangely, no official support for PC1066 (266MHz DDR) RDRAM. More Intel marketing politics, probably, since i850E is the last RDRAM chipset on the roadmap, and they don't want it to compete against the upcoming E7500 dual-channel DDR chipset.
