three files associated with the NT boot loader, if memory serves. BOOT.INI is a text file containing the menu, but there are also two binaries, NTLDER and NTDETECT.COM, if memory serves. At least one of those two (or both?) actually has to actually be installed on the boot sector, because NT goes by disk & partition #, whereas Win9x just looks at the drive letter (which can change if more disks are added).

I haven't figured out a way to get it there, short of running a Repair process...
