I read earlier posts that its possible to run a celeron overclocked.
I have a celeron 1.1 which I run at 100 FSB,
but would like to overclock it to 133 FSB
This sounds possible as you say they can get up to 1500 MHZ, 1.1 X 133 = 1460 Mhz.
I tried this on my gigabyte board but the computer screen stays black upon boot.
I have also incresed voltage by 10 %
From 1.475 to 1.6225
I have a big heat sink and fan.
The pc still won't turn is, is thid a motherboard error.
I have the same problem as traz at 112 and 124 mhz, the pc boots up but I keep getting windows protection errors.
Is this because my pc doesn't like running the pci bus at anything different than 33.3 .
