my friend cannot download on his computer he has a cabel modem , optimum online anyway he can get online, go on web sites blah blah blah.... BUT! he cannot download anything so i was like wtf lets just reinstall your OS so we formatted his hd and installed winxp and when we got on it the same thing happend he got online but couldent download any files!! cant ideas what he can do..
