depends, does XP have the same "permissions" structure as 2k/NT? If so, he may have to bring up the properties for the folder, and enable the user classes that have access to the file (even though it's in a universally accessible file.

I've had a few of these pop up on both NT and 2k, anyway (although 2k seems a bit more easily provoked in this regard).
