default user, power user, administrator, and so forth. Administrators always have access to everything. Other users have more limited access.

It is possible that some programs might install, though, and not work properly thereafter. It's also possible that the game is installed properly under administrator, but the class of the user login is too low to acess all of the program files.

Sounds weird but I saw stranger things happen on my own setup
