Why is the RC5 program accesing the modem while crunching aways ?. It should be storing & accesing only the HD till he runs out of # to crunch then his program should request data only then. I use the DOS version & my DOS has no web drivers @ all the only time I slowed down crunching was when I switched from crunching from HD to floppy so I then switched to crunching to ramdrive & all is well. I only use the windows version to send & retrieve new data thru one the internet thru the use of floppies.
