I'd say 2K is better. I hate the new interface for XP. All the icons are different....if you're saving a file, and you want to put it in a new folder, the "New Folder" button doesn't look at all like a new folder, and I haven't been able to figure out how to turn on tooltips, either. It hides files in wierd places, unlike any version of Windows previously. Network shares don't work at all the same way. You don't share a specific directory...there's one directory that's shared all the time, and you have to copy/move everything to that if you want to share it. Generally yucky. Also, if you do the activation over the internet, it doesn't give you the code to write down so you can activate it again later if you need to reinstall. Unless, of course, you have a copy of the corporate version, but I don't see how that could have happened.
