Listen to Stimp's post. he's right. you need to setup the physial printer's network settings to match your network. The jet direct card needs to have an IP address configured on it or set it up for DHCP. It's been a few years since I've had to setup network printers with jet direct cards, but you need to setup the printer with the correct protocol for your network (IPX, TCPIP etc). If using TCPIP on your network, configure an IP address/ SM to match your network. Then setup the printer on the print server through an LPR port.
