What would cause the browser to just sit there when you click on a page or something like a topic here on the BBS?
I click a link and nothing happens for a few seconds (5-10), then the page loads. The terminals (Win98 1st) at the bottom of the screen don't blink or anything. I don't see any conflicts.
It's a USR 56K Fax modem PCI.
