Is a PCI sound card, right? If so try to shuffle the deck, moving the card, and if you have to, other cards. It might be that the TNT doesn't mind sharing resources, but the GF2 does. Also, are you using the same drivers with both the TNT and the GF2? You may want to reinstall the drivers if so. Someone here linked to a program a few posts down that wipes out the nVidia display drivers in order to allow you to install the newer ones without a chance that part of the old drivers are used. You may want to give that a shot, too. Good luck.
