yes, unless you specify a different path but that would be foolish because you want to have the OLDBIOS.BIN in the same directory as the flash utility.
Must have done it some 100-200 times by now, never failed if you stick to those instructions. Don't use a floppy, don't do a "reboot to DOS" just the strip-boot which won't even initialize the FDD controller.
