I had driver issues as well with XP Pro. Mostly utilities. Upgraded to McAfee VS 6.0 with the firewall, (which is pretty damn cool compared to Black Ice and Zone Alarm), and that was it.
I was a little ticked that Roxio EZCD 5.XXX Premium, which claims to be XP compatable doesn't have the backup software working with it. If the package doesn't work, then it isn't 100% compatable.
Ghost 2002 does work though.
