Ben,

I had no random errors with the board and I really tortured it a lot. I disabled On-board LAN, separated the IRQs, disabled IRQ11, reassigned the base memory addresses, used a PCI NIC, tried every possible combination of BIOS settings, had to clear the CMOS about 20 times to get the board back, and in the end, nothing helped. Interestingly, though, today, I looked at the 3DMan in Video review of the Dragon+ and they show the AGP mode setting at 2x....

I have been banging my head against the wall, left about 50 messages with Soyo (1 was returned), talked to other websites like Tec-Report who used a standard GF3 for the review but I was told that the "Ti500 appeared to work fine" and similar statements from another half dozen web pages without anything conclusive.

I can't tell you whether it is anything wrong with the board or the memory or the HSF (90% of all failures come from heat) or whether it is a bad board, use your best judgement on that.

The KT266 is a very stable chipset, I have tortured my AK31 Rev2.0 for 4 months running overclocked RC5 24/7 without even the slightest glitch. But then, that is just a very solid board
