where did you build, troubleschoot, etc.?
if you went out to see the clients than you have an array of communication skills already. dealt with complaints??
take inventory. think of all the thinks you have done even if they do not appear immidiately job related and than view this list in terms of skills.
maybe some high lights at the top, major achievements - like a+ cert
also captain of the debate team, volunteer work etc. almost everything in live gives you skills - you just need to show them off in the best light possible, without bs. use skill categories 2 maybe three
communication skills
computer skills
admin "
don't just say i did this and what not...
try "Successfully" completed this and that
I used to be coordinator of the student employment centre at U of Winnipeg, sorry if i tend to run off at times ....
check your e-mail i'll send you a chopped up version of my current res - might be some useful phrases in there.
