I agree about significance being in the eye of the beholder.
I am actually considering buying a PC133 MATX board because they are cheap. Since the price curve is so steep and the hardware is now able to run the software easily, it makes sense to build budget systems a little way down the tech scale to cut costs in half while maintaining well over 90% of performance.
